Then click the "TEMPLATE GALLERY" on the top right side of the dashboard. Then several documents templates will appear.

Try all of them and select the best Resume Templates which is suitable for you. Later you can download your resume and cover letters in your desired format (.pdf or .docx). You can collaborate it with your mentor, or you can even email them directly from Google Docs file menu in desired file format.
