- PROJECT MANAGER: Should have experience in construction of High rise buildings.
- CIVIL ENGINEER(Landscaping Division): Should be experience in beautification work, marbles/granite fixing, construction of water bodies, pool, construction of small buildings.
- IRRIGATION ENGINEER: Should be able to design and plan construction of irrigation projects & landscaping activities.
- ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ENGINEER: Should be a BE(Bachelor of Engineering Graduate)/B.Tech(Bachelor of Technology Graduate) in Electrical Engineer. Should have experience in handling large projects.
- LANDSCAPING MANAGER: (M.Sc(Master of Science)/B.Tech/B.E). Should have minimum years of experience capable to manage the entire landscape department's activity & team.
- LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR: Diploma in Horticulture. Should have to years experience.
- QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Should be B.E/B.Tech/Diploma
