LAND SURVEYOR:

Should have minimum 3 to5 Years in setting out/lay out / Fixing lay out for the project according to the master plan / Making benchmarking from side to side.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

Should have minimum 3-5 years experience in preparing the BOQ from the drawing itself / Specifications as per the drawing / Beam/door/window schedule for estimation and materials purpose.

INTERNAL AUDITOR:

Should have minimum 3-5 years experience in auditing and accounts transactions. Able to make the accounts finalization regarding the account system and procedure

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER:

Should have minimum 3-5 years experience . Able to do the filing system correctly and organized/ filing it properly / Internal documentation/ in and out transaction/transmittal from different departments.

QUALITY CONTROLLER:

Should have minimum 3-5 years experience. Able to do the design mixed for concrete in different application for hollow core precast, wet and dry mix from ready mix and block / Inspection of all Batching plant for the cement/ testing all finish products/ cube test/slabs / Water ratio chemical dosage in mix.
