- Degree/ Diploma in HVAC/ Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in the Facilities & Building Maintenance (CCC Experience) with a valid CCC Driving license.
- Candidate with such experience ONLY may apply Project & Construction experience is NOT suitable for this position).
- Well versed in Technical/Engineering Operations and Facilities management best practices
- Strong knowledge in HVAC systems maintenance.
- Good Troubleshooting & Problem-solving skills.
- A good standard of writing and speaking in English is a must.
- Good Contract management and Team management skills Strong Communication & Reporting skills.
